After just 3 days of deliberation a jury awarded the much publicised case to Apple and Samsung was ordered to pay just over 1 billion dollars (also known as an Instagram) in damages.
In a separate court battle in Korea between the same two companies the courts ruled in favour of Samsung in a similar case.
